Ordered a sheet of Alum from them, apparently it was damaged and had to be reordered. No on called to let us know so we could let our client know. After calling them I learned about why my order was 3 days late and that they had ordered another sheet but no one could give a clear answer on when that would be in. In the end we ordered it from another place. ...read more

Quality printing, just have communications issues sometimes on when things should be completed on the approval form and our representative, but he always gets the job done on time. I think we had only 1 time that a job wasn't completed on time, but if I remember correctly, it was a rush job. Overall a great company. ...read more

I ordered several items from this company 4 months ago and still have not recieved the correct product. Half of the order was incorrect and half the order wasn't even given to us. We have contacted the ower of the company almost weekly and we have been hung up on, lied to, given excuses that there has been a death, told each week that they would be done and NOTHING. Finally had no choice but to turn them into the BBB and now we are waiting for a response. We have finally given up on the items cause we HAD to order them from a different printing company and we are asking for a refund. The owner Joi, is the most unprofessional person I have EVER dealt with. Please, there are several screen printing companies in Moore...Do not get taken avantage of like we did. Do your research on this company and the owner! ...read more

Get Into The Head of Your Client...

What is marketing? Literally, marketing is defined as the action or business of promoting and selling products or services, including market research and advertising. OK, there you go, problem solved, or is it? There is actually a lot more to it than what any definition could give you. Marketing is actually more of a cross between art and science. Marketing is the process of adjusting the programmed response of potential clients and creating a desire that must be filled. The Art of Marketing I know, not what you normally think of as an art form. But, what you don’t see is that in order to be great at marketing you have to have a drive and a desire to create that which does not exist. If that is not an art, I don’t know what is. Have you ever gone to a museum and walked amongst the paintings and be stopped mid-stride when you noticed a certain piece of art? That is what a good design should do. With a world of beautiful things to look at you have to create something that make people stop in their tracks and take notice. Whether it be with images, words, or ideas, stopping people in their tracks is an art form. The Science of Marketing No, you don’t have to break out the lab kit and start mixing chemicals. In fact, please don’t, unless that is what you do for a living, in that case mix away. For the rest of us, we need to think more about the science of how people think. When you understand that that only 10% of communication is what you say, you can start piecing together what the rest of the 90% is. The goal is to look at how people react to colors, shapes, textures, etc. in a totally subconscious manner. Then to change their normal programmed responses. How do you do that? You interact with them in a way that they are not expecting, you put your message out there in a way that is designed to speak to their subconscious nature. This means studying how the brain takes in colors, shapes, textures and the like, and then analyzing how to alter the normal parameters to get the desired reactions. So, if you ever thought that marketing would be an easy field to get into, just remember that in order to be a great marketer, you have to be a mix of Vincent Van Gogh and Albert Einstein. At least that is how we view ourselves. ...read more

How Important Is Color In A Logo?

HOW IMPORTANT IS COLOR IN A LOGO?! ! As a full-service creative firm, we have been designing logos for over 17 years. Much of the time, our clients already have an idea of what they want, even though sometimes those ideas are NOT what is best for them. !
We will usually do the logo design their way and then we will present the logo how we envision it created for the best interest of their business.! ! Color is so very important! It should be the first and foremost factor in your marketing and how you brand your business. We chose red and black in our logo and have never veered from this color combination. We chose it because red and black are powerful and bold and therefore, our collateral is powerful and bold as well. ! ! For the effects and emotion-driven influence that your logo has on consumers, you must think of how the color of your logo makes them feel. ! ! We’ve had dentists or endodontists come to us and want red in their logo. We were not excited about that request because what does red represent in that particular field? BLOOD! FEAR! So, we advise against that color for them. ! ! We’ve done work for spas over the years and have leaned on using soft colors that are soothing like mint, blues and whites. NO RED for them either! ! ! The color combination that is most used and in my opinion, over-used is red, white and blue. It’s great to be patriotic but it just might not fit for your business. ! ! Golds, silvers and black combinations are usually used for regal logos and represent wealth and elegance. ! ! Psychologists have studied how people are affected by colors over years and found a strong correlation between colors and emotional responses. This correlation further driving home the point that choosing the right color is crucial in determining how your brand is viewed.! ! Here is a little cheat sheet for you:! ! Yellow/Gold- relates to optimism and warmth! Orange- relates to cheerful and fresh! Red- relates to bold and powerful! Purples - relates to imaginative, playful and sometimes even wise! Blues - relates to dependable, strong and clean/fresh! Greens - relates to peacefulness, clean, health and growth! Greys -relates to calming, balanced and are very neutral in its’ use. ! ! ! ! How does your logo make people feel? If it’s time for a makeover, call us TODAY! Good Websites and Even Better Content...

Garbage in. Garbage Out. By Nichol Vagrosky Remember when your parents or mentor, in my case, used to say “Garbage In, Garbage Out”? I was glad I listened to those words of wisdom as a young woman because they are the timeless words that will hold strong and true until the end of time. Things and trends may change, but good, pertinent information that will allow you and encourage you to grow will NEVER change and it can NEVER be taken away from you. With that said, what kind of information are you giving out to your potential customers, clients or groups of followers? Is it life changing? Is it pertinent to their lives? Is it relative? Will it stick? Will it change them? If you are merely throwing out information for the sake of throwing something out… Why don’t you try throwing out some old jeans that don’t fit you anymore and most likely, might not again… We, as in people, are sponges….. Not the kind that take from people….. But the kind that really take from people... In addition, forums, websites and social media… We absorb what is given to us via the realm of ever-changing, over-populated, fiercely competitive media including, but not limited to websites and blogs. Google, the almighty judge and jury of internet content, insists that we give good, relative and empowering information to our followers and our visitors.. If we don’t, we are running up a mountain that is slippery and we will not get to the top. We encourage you, as a company, as an individual to give your BEST! Give out the information you would want to read yourself! We have a small window and one chance to make a first impression. Make the BEST impression you can make and call us TODAY so we can ensure that you do so! Award-Winning, motivating, awesome web design and graphic design is the key. We offer all of the above! Visit www.thinkbiginokc.com for further information! ...read more
