I called today and ask to speak to the owner and to my surprise a women answered. I asked her name, and she told me Sonya, The reason for my call was to inform her that Tony the Tech that was at my house today, was very nice and polite. This place is a circus run by clowns..All their equipment is rode hard and put up wet. If the clunker they rent you breaks down and screws up your whole weekend they have a "F* you" attitude. They even have disclaimers that if their equipment malfunctions and destroys your property of kills you, "it ain't their problem." I rented a Bobcat and the tire went flat off the trailer. Their response is that I should have gotten it fixed for them on a Sunday and they wouldn't comp even a $1 on a future rental to make things right. Avoid at all costs. We took 220 pound of aluminum to this business. They pay .45/pound for aluminum. They paid us for tin @ 7.50/100 pounds. They refused to correct the mistake. They hung up on me when I called. Even their drivers lie for the company saying they are going to continue service and then do not show up again. I have rented 5 comercial sized dumpsters in the last few months and paid ATM almost $1300 for them due to remodeling/gutting a house I bought. No problems until today. They called and asked if I was through with the dumpster and I told them no. Whithin 2 hours they loaded up my dumpster and drove off!!! It wsn't even 1/4 full yet! I called ATM and was told I had been using the same dumpster for over 8 months. Really? I have receipts for 5!! They also said they need it to renet it to the tornado victims in OKC, how sad is that?
