Terrible company. A previous tenant had a security system installed in my apartment. I came home and the system was beeping. Called the company to see what I should do to turn off the beeping. They refused to help me, and the person told me that they were told that if they helped me they would lose their job. Seems like it should be a simple fix. What kind of company just leaves people out in the wind like that on a system THEY installed. Not asking for much, just for the beeping to stop. Deplorable. They quoted me a system for my business for $10,300 . I found the identical system from a local business for $2800. Thats quite a difference. ...read more

I am a civil process server who has done hundreds of services for TIC over the years. TIC owes me a lot of money and I cannot get them to respond to inquiries, reminders, bills or anything. Their website and phones are shut down. I have mailed notes, letters statements without response. I am at a loss both figuratively and literally. Does anyone know how I might contact someone at TIC. I wish they would at least do me the courtesy of comunnicating with me about this. I have certainly tried to do my part. Any ideas? ...read more
