The sales style at Room to Dream is a bit more aggressive than what I would like, and I did not end up getting anything. I guess the people there work on commission, but I really don't know for sure. I went there to look at cribs and had a pretty good idea of which ones I was interested in ahead of time, but they seemed to want to push me toward more expensive items. They also seemed intent on getting me to buy an entire set (including bumpers, pillows, blankets, ruffles and whatever else, which are expensive and most of which are advised against as safety hazards for babies). ...read more

I am pregnant with my 4th boy and have decided to redo my nursery. I came to Room to Dream to order everything... really wanting Bella Notte this time. Not only did no one say a word to me, they completely ignored me. Debbie (the owner) and her employee were right there in the store at a table. I wandered around the store for over 10 minutes. Finally, I decided to leave. If they can afford to be rude in this economy, then they don't need my business. Good luck Room to Dream! ...read more
