2 Time Loser! This location is terrible about communicating with their customers! We had a hitch put on a passenger car in March 2013. We made the initial appointment, drove to the location and they canceled but didn't bother to call. Irritating, but I gave them a second chance. Before the second trip, I called in advance to be told that the installer's wife was in childbirth. I'm not a jerk, so I let it go, at least this time, I didn't waste the gas to the location. The third time, we got the hitch installed and they were even good enough to discount some of the labor as a peace offering. Fast forward 2 months and we wanted to get a hitch mounted to a SUV. My wife meticulously called and got all the pricing and made the appointment. This time, she showed up and they gave her much higher prices. It felt like a bait and switch. I called every trailer place in OKC, no one would custom build me a trailer for my needs.Almost every one of them told me what they thought I needed, actually what they wanted to sell me.
