If Justin Rhodes is the developer of a community you are planning to build in, do not believe anything he says he plans for the community. We live in Bella Maria, a community he is the developer of. We just learned from our builder that Justin is not planning to do a sign entrance to our community, no landscaping, no lights at the entrance as he promised our builder and our builder promised us. He declined our invitation to our HOA meeting to discuss the plans for the community as he has no plans other than building homes in our community that barely meet the covenants and will bring the value of the current homeowners down.
