Affordable Cremation Service

If you need affordable services like we did it gets the job done, but don't expect anything beyond that. Although their new location is beautiful, behind the scenes it seems pretty sleazy and unorganized. It took us more than 2 weeks to get my loved one back and communication was extremely lacking. After calling almost daily, I finally got the go ahead to come pick him up and they had him in the wrong urn. I decided to purchase some cremation jewelry, which was very overpriced, so they threw some ashes in a baggie and waved them around, saying what they didn't use I could have back. I did not care to see that, I don't know who would. Weeks went by and of course they never contacted me to say my necklace was ready, I had to hound them about it and it seemed they had to dig through their office to find it. Now it's been nearly 2 months and we still don't have the death certificate. They told us it'd only take a few days for the cremation and a few weeks for the certificate. Here we are 2 months deep and still can't shut the book on this nightmare. If you can afford better in your time of need, I'd highly recommend going somewhere else. ...read more
