If you choose to count on Ron's for your teams uniforms expect them to be late, wrong size(s), incorrect lettering, missing items and no consideration for the your wasted time, errors and hassles for your coaches and parents. Went to buy an air mattress that was on sale in the online ad. Store associate said it was not on sale and made me pay $10 more. When I complained online, they said stores did not have to honor advertised prices. Won't be going back here again. ...read more

Horrible customer service, tried to exchange a short for a different size and they didn't have it, asked if I could exchange it since they still had the shirt in stock and at full price so that I could get my step dad something he could actually wear and was told that since it was past they return date policy time frame that he wasn't obligated to help me any further, good was to run off a brand new customer this was my first purchase at the store, I will never buy from here again and I will make sure I send any referrals to a better retailer ...read more
