I find it unfortunate that the Home Owner's Association is again destroying mature healthy trees in our community. I have lived here over 30 years and the trees are something that sets our community apart from newer developments with out them. The HOA devalues our property when they destroy mature healthy trees, forwhatver misguided reasons they come up with. I have attended meetings and written letters, but the HOA seems to promote meetings where there is outrage. This explains why trees are destroyed shortly before a HOA meeting! Absence of informed service planners, and OKC victim's services are housed INSIDE the OKCPD. New planned services are not under THEIR ( victim's advocate control) but are funded under the JUDICIDAL process and housed and ultimately ruled under OKCPD.
