Clarence moved a 12 x 30 foot portable garage for me. He was on time, helped me chop a couple trees down to get the thing to face the way i wanted, leveled and blocked it for me, and even shook my hand. I'll be calling Clarence again if i ever need something moved. ...read more

Dan & Tammy Goble are the best realtors we have EVER worked with. The main reason we chose them was their website stated they would answer the phone 7 DAYS A WEEK. The website was telling the truth they do answer the phones 7 DAYS A WEEK. They market your home on over 40 websites which is well above the average for most realtors which is impressive to my husband and myself. We feel like the website marketing is why we had 7 showings and 2 contracts during the first 10 days the house was on the market. We sold the home within 45 days after having 4 contracts on the home and sold it at the listed price with no reduction! Everybody should use Dan and Tammy. My family hired this company in Sept 2013. It's Aug 2014 and survey has not been completed. On 7/19/14, all parties agreed and final survey was supposed to be done and completed. As of 8/27/14, final survey is not done and pins have not been put in. I have to get really crappy on voicemail and email to even get a response and it just may be worth the 3 hr drive to get an answer. I advise anyone looking for a survey company in Oklahoma to not hire this one. ...read more
