Went into this new shop not really knowing what to expect or what to get. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and recommended a steak. Got home, threw it on the grill and bam! I've been to the best steakhouses around and they haven't came close to what I had for dinner that night. I've been back and am firing up some hand made brats for dinner tonight.
