I dont recommend doing business with this company, I have never delt with such rude, inconsiderate people in all the years of doing business with equipment dealerships. They are the most self-righteous individuals I have ever encountered in the business realm, don't expect them to do anything over and above for any of their customers, not even something as simple as scheduling pick up, all they care about is getting your money, not you. A little accommodation, gratitude and appreciation would go along way, but forget about getting it here, not a chance in you know where! Its all bout them, not even gonna try to accommodate you even if its a 11 hour long trip and you run into a road emergency, not one minute will be spared for you. Got your money so if your delayed, their words "then you will just have to wait until we open on Monday" (two days later), seems like self-righteousness is an understatement. We have been staying here for 3 months while home searching and will be here another month. Sue & Bill the owners' and Kelly are awesome. Everyone is very friendly. We enjoy the large field out back to play with our dogs. The cost is perfect, the neighbors friendly. The location is good. I came home today w/o power in our Class C RV. Bill looked at it & we found out the electric cord was at fault coming out of the RV & not the power post. My husband was out of town for the weekend. Bill stayed PAST closing and fixed the cord. The cords end had sparked and burnt in the box..we were lucky it did start a fire while I was at work! He was so gracious and would not accept payment from me. He saved the day!! He even came back about an hour later and checked the plug!! I only gave 4 stars because there is no pool, sad...but we will tell our friends about this park and if need be stay again.
