My husband and I traveled the beginning of this month. We stopped at the Ambassador Hotel. The Staff was very nice but that is where it ended. The room we stayed in looked o.k. but then we went to take a shower. I went to turn the water on and the plumbing came out of the wall about 4 inches. It also took a good 15 minutes before we got hot water. The pant job was very sloppy and there was also a big hole in the carpet going into the bathroom and the carpet was in major need of being replaced. We turned on the heat and for about an hour it smelled like a mouse or something died in it. We also had to take the lid off of the toilet and fix that. The person staying in the room above us, he was not loud but, we could hear him with every step he took. It sounded like a creekey old floor in a very old house.
