I've tried numerous times to call but the only way to get anybody at all is on the chat feature at the main website, but they can't do anything (they just relay a message to the store) - it is absolutely awful. This is the best florist from which I've ever purchased flowers. They are very friendly and accommodating. I waited until the last minute to get flowers for my wife for our anniversary. I called All About Flower Power at 1:30 PM and submitted an order for an arrangement that I accidentally found off another FTD website. Shortly after I submitted my order, the young lady I had placed the order with, called back to advise me that she couldn't find the arrangement I was referring to in their website. That is when I discovered I had accidentally found it on another FTD website. I told her where I saw it and she told me they would duplicate that arrangement and still deliver it to my wife that afternoon. My wife called me from work (in Oklahoma City) an hour later to tell me thank you and how beautiful the flowers are. Thank you All About Flower Power for saving my hide on my anniversary!
