My first clue should have been the feeling like I had just gone through a sales pitch at a car dealership - or perhaps pushed through an assembly line. I did not get the simple solution I came in for - instead I was sold something new and high-tech. When I finally got the glasses, they were just awful. Rectangles became odd-sized trapezoids. To read a line across a computer screen, or to read up and down required moving my head from side to side and up and down constantly. My head had to be at a fixed distance - an exact fixed distance - from the computer screen, or everything was blurry. I would become nauseaus to the point of throwing up with just a few hours of use. So how about some sort of satisfaction guarantee? Forget about it. They do not stand behind their products or service. ...read more
