They are rude and unprofessional. They made a mistake on our taxes and are refusing to take responsibility/resolve the issue. We don't recommend this office or any other office owned/managed by this person. All we were told was "I'm sorry you had an unpleasant experience" and offered free tax preparation for next year, but we obviously won't be using them again. ...read more
