Don't buy from this developer Rod Brunken he will build you a poorly built home and will drag his feet to do warranty work they guarantee. also he is currently the President of the Homeowner's Assoc. where I live and is charging homeowners a rediculous amount for association fees. do yourself a favor a find someone else who does business honestly. ...read more
