I wish I could give less than one star. This organization has poor customer service. As an HOA we have maintained a unit there for more than 6 years. We have paid annually because this company will not send bills unless you are already late and then you have to pay a penalty. They have a no refund policy that is absolute. They are tottally inflexible and so even though we don't need this unit for the year, they are going to keep the money. That is lousy customer service. They are also rude in the office.
