I am EXTREMELY disappointed with Apple Creek Apartment Altus, OK. personal. I put a $200 deposit on an apt. spoke to Linda ( a member of Apple Creek staff ) and she assured me that they would be happy to hold the apartment until I was able to get there to see it. Arrangements were made to see the apartment but then had to be changed due to maintenance being done so when my sister was able to be shown the apartment it was not what was expressed by Linda and a decision was made that we would make other accommodations for housing. Apple Creek has taken the side of not returning my deposit and Linda is no longer employed with them. According to Emily the person I spoke with could only apologize and tell me several times that Linda was no longer there, that Apple Creek will only hold an apartment for 72 hours and she does not know why I was told that but the person who told me that is no longer there and my deposit was non-refundable , I explained had I known this information I would have NEVER send a deposit check. These people are crooked as the day is long. DO NOT PUT UP A DEPOSIT !!!!!!! YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK !!!!!!!!
