Interesting enough...I use (sea)cargo containers that have been removed from service but are still weather tight and ideal for storage. A couple years ago I was able to purchase 40 foot containers for 2,000, this year "if you can find one" they sell for 3,000. After some research I found that most business owners are not wanting to invest in capitol improvements such as erecting a building so they been buying up these cargo containers for temporary, sometimes permanent storage.
