Thinking of the question is one of those many try to do it themselves. Then try to find a good lawyer to get rid of the other manager. Tenants do not care about your property. Unless of course there is a problem with the rent or it becomes a nuisance. What about the Tenant that claims everything is good with the property and their kids are destroying it or they get an animal which destroys the property.
