I was having shoulder problems while sleeping on my old college futon. My wife and I went into the store and were able to lie down on all of the beds. The salesperson was very helpful and respectful. We ended up finding one that felt great, and we've been really pleased with it since then. I'm sleeping with no pain, and it's incredibly confortable. An all-around great experience.
