I had to go unexpectedly to make color copies for my students at school after our school printer stopped working. I had a lot of pages to do and had to have them for the next day. The gentleman working (sunday, 8/17 at 5:30 pm) was kind enough to help me download from my zip drive, and then when he found out that I was a teacher making materials for special needs students...helped me out on the pricing. THey delivered a pedistal for our washing machine. Got it all set up and left. I went to turn it on and they FORGOT TO PLUG IT IN!!!! I called (it was 1230 when it was delivered 115 when I called) and they will not come back out until tomorrow to plug it in! We have been without a washing machine for TWO WEEKS!
