I don't care how much you love the house, DO NOT do business with this woman! The day we signed the papers and handed over the check, they refused to give us the keys. They said the deed had to be recorded first and that they didn't even have them! I have purchased several homes and never had this happen. I have always received the keys the same day I gave up the check. Now they have my money and I can't even get into my new home! What's even worse is that the woman does not return phone calls!
