This is Americana at it's best. Never a bad meal. You can talk to the owners Dale or Donnie while they are filling your plate. Even my sons since they were little have bragged about Balyeats. I don't know of any other restaurant in the area like it. ...read more

This restaurant makes The Cracker Barrell wish it could measure up in terms of value, quality, and taste of Balyeats. They have comparable food but Balyeats is much better. Everything is homemade and the pies, which came with our dinner, are to die for. My husband and I cannot wait to go again.
