After buying 3 vehicles from a strong competitor in Springfield, we felt taken advanced of after going in for a service call. We decided to give White’s a try. Not only did we receive excellent service on our first visit but also the second visit, both within a months time. Upon leaving our second visit, I noticed a Dodge Ram 1500 in the lot, because it only had 29k on it, I figured it was out of my price range. My wife looked it up online and we decided to talk to a salesman. He lowered the price even more and gave us a fair deal on our trade in as well. A week after purchase we were having some issues with brakes and a caliper sticking and bad rotors. We took it back in and we only paid for the caliper.
