I went to this store to get a pair of glasses made. Upon entering I was not greeted properly and the staff was rude. I went there because I live close by. There were two women working there and 2 others in the store . One clerk walked right by me and went in the back room to take a break. She didn't even acknowledge me. Thanks .I will file a complaint with sears luxotuca who owns them. My experience was bad. Please if you want good service please go somewhere else. This place doesn't care about helping the customer. I am very upset with the girl that answered the phone. I called at 5:33 PM today. The girl that answered said she was from another store and that they were closing then (6:00 PM is on internet), did not have time to look into my request but would give the manager the information to call me. I definately felt like she was more focused on getting out to go home than handling my request to add transition lens to my order before it was too late. She gave me dumb answers which I had to question again as telling me it was too late then looked up order not due until the 7th that yes, there was time.
