Although the people were very nice.. I looked at a house 202 Walnut Street in Fletcher. It was a bit shady. There is mold growing in the back of the house off of the living room and the “200 Amp electrical system” Is not wired all the way and has the potential of a fire hazard. There is also mold growing in the basement and after I spoke to some of the locals they explained it was in the attic too. Garden Gate is not being honest in the sale of this property and this deserves the attention of the real estate board and the state I feel that people should know. I walked away from any dealing with these people and I would advise the same to any that come across this.
