INSTALLLER AND MANAGEMENT LIED. BROKE OUR WINDOW AT INSTALLATION AND IMPROPER INSTALL OF DRYER VENT PIPE. BUT WASNT NOTICEDIMMEDIALTEY AS WINDOW COVERED WITH PLASTIC ANDHUSBAND DIDNT SEE AND SIGNED OFF ON BILL OF LADING. DAMAGE WAS NOTICED FEW HOURS LATER WHEN I GOT HOME FROM WORK AND CHECKED IT. REPORTED IT IMMEDATELY TO HOME DEPOT. THEY SUB CONTRACT THROUGH HOME DEPOT. WORKED WITH HOME DEPOT BUT FREIGHT RITE DEINED ANYTHING WAS WRONG OR BROKEN BECAUSE IT WENT UN NOTICED FOR A FEW HOURS. THE OPERATIONS MANAGER JONH P. WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND HE TWISTED THE TRUTH AND MADE UP LIES THAT I WAS YELLING AND THREATING HIM. AND COULDNT SEND HIS INSTALLER BACK TO FIX THE BAD INSTALL BECAUSE THEY WERE AFRAID OF ME. HE SAID I WAS AFTER COMPENSATION FOR MY WINDOW WHICH WAS A $20 PIECE OF GLASS WHICH HOME DEPOT PAID FOR. ASKED FOR A WRITTEN APOLOGY THEY REFUSED. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT AS THEY SUB CNONTRACT THROUGH THEM. ...read more
