I have to admit that they were very friendly, but you have to remember their trying to sale a car. I was disappointed to know end after the 3rd day of purchasing the car to find that I needed to put over 3,000.00 worth of work into the car. Bad brakes, ball joints, tie rods, struts, and it needed tires. Of course you didn't hear anything while test driving, but after the 3rd day wow. I was geared to recommend them to my daughter and others at work until this. I remember an As Warranty sticker on the window before I purchased it saying 3 months, 3 thousand miles and you were also able to buy a service contract, I did, but the catch to that is preexisting doesn't count, however the gentleman was nice enough to fix two items for me. I was highly disappointed. The sad part of it all my mechanic told me not to do it because he had several complainers come to him, but they were so nice who would of thought, but the Bible says trust no man and you shouldn't.
