The degrees they post are not to convey pride but rather arrogance. You arrive to find yourself sitting for 45 mintues waiting although they determined the date and time you could be seen. I have had glasses for 35 years and this place in the worst! I spent almost 3 hours there the first time just for the exam They dilated my eyes twice because they stuck me out in the waiting room for too long and had to do it over again. I know two other people that went on different days and had the exact same experiences as I did and was there for at least 3 hours too. Then I have been back at least 6 times because they can't seem to get my glasses right. I know one of the other two people had the same problems where they just couldn't seem the get the glasses right. ...read more
