Granger Group Home

1.0

By LDeVault at Citysearch

Granger Group Home where a close family member resided for five years was not a pleasant experience. Things were good for the first two years but then due to staffing changes it went from good to extremely poor very quickly. Staff was unable to provide the few simple activities that my family member requested. Office staff often very unfriendly, does not follow thru on their end either. The head of my family members household staffing seemed not to be in control of the caregivers and really not interested either. Communicating with the people in charge at times was impossible. Simple standard requests, emails and phonecalls requiring a follow-up, return call or answer were ignored. Meals and staff provided personal hygeine services were also a concern. In home and office staff were often verbally hostile. Scheduled meetings requiring Granger staff including office, medical and head of household almost always had at least one if not all of their staff absent.\t\n If anyone were to ask me what I thought of placing a family member with Granger Group Homes I would sadly advise them not to.\t\n ...read more

Simple truth DO Not Drink and Drive. ...read more
