If you don't believe my review check out the Better Business Bureau as well. The decision to utilize Dreamscapes for our pool installation was the single worst choice we could have made. There was extremely awful communication after the project started to go wrong. This company was great to work with! They took my back yard from a boring flat crabgrass infested lawn to the oasis that it is now. They did all the plans and surveying and had a great rendering of the finished product in a week or so. Over the next few weeks they made the yard into the showpiece it is now. we have been recieving calls for inground and above ground swimming pool inspections . having an inground swimming pool inspected is a must before purchasing a home with a pool espically during the off season .we recommend a the very least having the pool running for 24 hours to make sure there are no underground leaks and to check out the condition of the pool and equipment . some people will also request a plumbing test from someone like american leak dectors . if there is a home warranty involved be sure to see specificly what is covered equipment plumbing above and in ground liners tile coping . if you purchase during the winter i would reccomend 5000.00 in an escrow account so you dont get a suprise come spring .on an above ground pool things are much simpler if the pool holds water and the motor runs and is structurally sound that will give you a good indication of the condition of the pool . at least with an above ground pool you can make it go away with an ad on craigslist . call or email with any questions gari liacopoulos performance pools 5851 secor rd toledo oh 43623 www.swimcntr.com poolguy4544@att.net (419)474-4544 ...read more
