TERRIBLE store, TERRIBLE service. Susan, the owner, is constantly losing orders and her go-to excuse is that the item is on back-order. I know some customers that have waited months before receiving their items. The store itself is a mess and trash and garbage are constantly piled high against the back door. Isn't that supposed to be the emergency exit in case of a fire? She also tries to get away with paying her employees below minimum wage and thinks that she can dock a person’s pay without warning or notice. She tries to cheat the system and isn't fair to her customers or employees.
