Last night was the second time we tried JMs, the first time we walked out, meals were not right and the first, of 4, came out at least 20 minutes before the second-that's when we left after talking to the manager.\t\nLast night, we told the waitress when she took our order of our past experience, ordered a burger, asked for it rare, it was absolutely burnt, I mean charcol, inedible. They left me with the grease soaked fries, which were terrible and brought another burger. Not quite charcol, close but not a hint of pink, way overdone. It was also served with about a one inch thick hunk of lettuce-presentation was lousy. Again I couldn't eat it either. I can't believe they let a product out of the kitchen looking that bad let alone over cooked for the second time. WOW This pizza place has a really good pizza! I have found my new favorite pizza place for sure. Master Italian Pizzeria pizza tastes outstanding. I recently got a pizza for my family with their family meal deal and the pizza and wings were really good. Whatever they are doing really works. Their wings were crispy too, so obviously they deep fry them. I am looking forward to our next pizza this weekend. The pizza is usually good. I ordered a large pizza about two hours ago. I finally called 15 minutes ago to see why my pizza hadn't arrived. The guy who answered didnt recognize my order after putting me on hold for a few minutes he came back and told me the woman came by and no one answered, I replied I have been here waiting he then offered me the excuse they made several calls and no one answered. After telling him I spent the last hour with my cell phone in hand watching ESPN constantly checking my cell phone literally every ten minutes he finally figured out the obvious lies were no working.
