Unaware, we were sold an RV that is under trust. After 3 weeks, we called numerous times to inquire about receiving a title. Once we got ahold of someone they said we can pick up the title at their Ohio location (an hour drive for us). They did not give us our title and did not sign the former title in order for it to be transfered. Because the RV is under a trust we need the trust paper to transfer the title. When we called again and finally spoke to the title clerk, she acted as if she was being bothered and stated "Oh I don't even know if we can find that paper work". They proceeded to tell us that we need to send the old title back to them or we can drive it 1.5 hours to them and they can get us out title. This service, which we paid for, should have done weeks ago instead of give us unfinished paper work.
