Performance Carpet Cleaning has done upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, and flood damage repair for me. My whole basement flooded several years ago, of course I had mold and everything, and they took care of it all.\t\n\t\nI have been using Performance Carpet Cleaning since around 2004. I have tried many different companies, and Performance Carpet has been the best. Their customer service is great.\t\n\t\nIf I have any problem, like a stain remover issue or whatever, I can call McKenzie, and she will tell me what to do. I have two dogs, and if they get sick she will tell me how to deal with it. Their customer service is fantastic.\t\n\t\nIf I call McKenzie today, Wednesday, and tell her I need something done for the weekend, she will try her best to come tomorrow or Friday.
