I had an issues with my Floormate, and my mom was having the same issues with hers & we were directed to Falls Vacuum by Hoover since both were under warranty. I found the employees to be rather rude and unhelpful. The didn't tell me what work was being done on the machines--just called to say they were finished. When I picked them up, the owner told me "They were just clogged"(which I'd figured since it had lost suction), "and next time you'll pay because warranty doesn't cover clogs, ever. YOU did it". Thing is, he said it rather spitefully and I didn't appreciate the attitude. I wasn't trying to score free service--I was just trying to get the machines working again. Using the machine as directed may cause clogs....but it's not MY fault. He was obviously upset about not getting covered by the warranty repay, but taking it out on the customer is, in my book at least, not okay. I will not use this store again.
