I moved in just recently and after only a month and a half of living here, I get a paper shoved in my door saying my lease has been terminated. I HAVE NEVER received one noise complaint. I went down there to speak to the manager about this misunderstanding and there was nothing they could do. I am not getting my security deposit back and they want me to pay for the entire lease which is a year that i WONT be living here. They just want to collect my money even though i wont be living here. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I feel like this was a huge scam and these are very unreasonable people to live under their rules. Ive heard my sister say not to move here and her friends have been told to leave within thirty days as well after ONLY LIVING HERE A MONTH and i thought i wouldnt be one of those well whaddaya know? That place has zero elegance(as they say) zero security, felons, and about 6 to 8 people living in some apartments. Mold on windows, threadbarren carpets, and fleas from animals. They NEVER exterminate, Once you sign that lease, they don't even know you exist. And if you call in a complaint, be prepared for a lie or never getting it fixed. The place is a big joke! ...read more
