This bank is greedy. They have the worst loan rates and they are completely unsympathetic to the slightest customer mistakes. \t\n I mistakenly wrote a house payment check on the wrong account (I had four accounts with them) and it caused that particular account to be overdrawn. Instead of a courtesy call letting me know my account had a problem, Park let one piddly draft after another slid thru racking up a grand total of over $400 dollars in fees for them to keep. Most of the drafts were small amounts of money for everyday things that I obviously wouldn't have bounced on purpose. \t\n A courtesy phone call from one of their hundreds of employees would have alerted me to the problem and I would have fixed it immediately.\t\n In addition to me no longer doing business with these people my son, my parents, and several of my friends have also closed their accounts and moved to the local credit unions for their banking needs. \t\n I only wish I had heard of their bad reputation before I opened all of my accounts there and lost so much money. ...read more
