I would actually rate Ricks Five Star Limos with 0 stars. I reserved a party bus at least a month in advance of my wedding. I sent a deposit and detailed information, along with contact information, to Rick. The day before our wedding I called to confirm our reservation. Rick informed me that the party bus is out of service. He made no effort to contact me or inform me of this. Luckily I called the day before to find out this information. Had I not called we would have walked out of our ceremony to find no mode of transportation on a very important day. Also, I am very fortunate that GLOW limousine was able to accommodate us for our wedding. Rick is very unprofessional and makes no effort to meet his customer's needs. I would NOT recommend Ricks Five Star Limo to anyone. Instead, contact GLOW limousines. ...read more
