I took this business my laptop and told the tech I wasn't sure if it was worth fixing. Ileft my phone number to contact me about cost. Two weeks pass I recieve a call the laptop was fixed it cost 329.95 (I can buy a new one for that price! )and theres a green line still on the screen that would cost me an additional 140 dollars. He could quote me on the phone another 140after the 329.95 he didn't quote from the start?He felt as though because he had possession of the computer. One way or another he was going to get money. After he apologized for not calling me with the estimate. I ask that he take off the parts and return my laptop. He then informed me I would be paying his labor! I never ask him to work on it I ask him to look at it to see if it was worth fixing!There response was I never ask for an estimate. (Why not fix the whole thing) no he was hoping I was foolish enough to pay the 329.95 then another 140.00 This is bad business ethics! YOU CAN KEEP IT!!!! ...read more
