First of all, they are only nice when they are trying to make a sale. After the dresses arrive they couldn't care less about you. They don't even let you try them on in a regular dressing room, you have to do it in some makeshift dressing room made with shower curtains, even if the regular dressing rooms are empty. Customer service aside, the dress that we ordered came in looking horrendous! NOTHING like the version of it we tried on in the store. There are 8 bridesmaids in this wedding, all different shapes and sizes, and the dress didn't fit any of us. I tried on the size I bought and the dress I received is NOT made the same. They don't care at all! THey just try to sell alterations or SPANX to help. It's ridiculous. I found out later that the owner is known for recommending her clients buy the wrong size so they will have to pay for alterations. These dresses are made so horribly I can't believe they sold them.
