On Monday June 21 I called Me. Sullivan to verify she would be in the office at 5:30 pm. The first call just rang with no answer, the second time Ms. Sullivan did pick-up and when I announced myself over the phone she was less than cordial and said "I'm with a customer". Well, when I initially signed up she took calls, but never made that comment. Secondly when I arrived to the office the door was again lock (always locked even when they are there). She calmly stated she would draw a letter to the agreement of 30 days notice without penalty. I said "OK". Ms Sullivan then stated in a condescending voice, "I'm sorry we could not meet your needs". I told her I did not wish to engage in any type of confrontation. She then said, "Yea, well we did everything you asked and that was still not good enough. I know the Ohio revise code very well and this lease is iron clad. I will send you the letter to night." Did not happen. Unexperienced Mgr, poor Maint. support. I could not fit all. ...read more
