I listed my home with him recently in lake county. I did so because he is such a big realtor, he promised to be hands on snd help us through out the whole process. HE DID NOTHING! Listed the home then I never talked to him again. Other realtors and the staff were the only people to talk to me. All they did was tell me to keep lowering the price and sending me reports. I now know biggest is not always better. He made a lot of promises and failed deliver once. I guess when u have 250 homes for sale what do u care about 1 single middle class family. I should have done more research his parents are very wealthy and have private jets etc. So now i can see why he only works 3 days a week and is not very motivated to sell homes. ...read more

They did nothing but put me on the mls. They never showed my house once. And I had to deal with the staff most of the time. I guess when u have that much buisiness you dont care if 1 home sells or not. I had to sell it with another agency to get my house sold! I will never reccomend them to anyone. ...read more
