I highly suggest going with a real professional. They oversell and overpromise. It's really a one person show, and she has trouble getting contractors to help her as she's burned so many of them. If I could give them less, I would. They don't deserve any stars. Today an associate at the store changed my account plan. They took a family plan with 3 phones (2000 shared minutes -- additional lines $9.99 plus whatever additional services you add and $.35 per minute after minute allowance) and allowed someone, not authorized to make changes on my account, to separate one of the lines into an individual plan at $59.99 with 450 minutes with each additional minute $.45. It's as bad as knowingly allowing someone to use a credit card that isn't theirs and that isn't authorized to use it. Customer service at the 611 did switch it back for me without a hassel, but the associate who knowingly changed my account without my authorization should be brought up on chages just as if it were a fraudulant credit card charge. ...read more
