When we ordered our lights it was a fantastic experience, but delivery and installation were a nightmare. The sales people were very helpful and we got a good deal on some beautiful lighting. When we ordered we were told it would be 3 weeks for delivery. At three weeks we called and were told they would be shiped the following week. This went on for 3 more weeks and finally after 45 days they were finally installed. The lights were installed incorrectly and now short out about twice a week. Finally they set up an appointment after two weeks to come out and fix the lights. The appointment time was 9AM this morning. They came at 8:30 AM and left a note on my door. They didn't call or come back at 9. Now I have to set up another appointment for them to come back to fix what they originally did incorrectly.
