Absolutely horrible service. Ordered flowers for a graduation, for flowers that were the college's colors, and instead delivered a Christmas basket. The recipient of the flowers does not celebrate Christmas, and therefore these flowers were extremely out of place. Also, after placing the order on the phone and giving Vicki the price range we expected, she charged us an additional delivery fee in which we were not told about, extending our price range an extra $10. This would have been no problem if I was notified of the extra charge, however there was no mention of it. After calling House of Flowers, Vicki was extremely rude and made snide comments about how "her flowers were beautiful". Yes, however, this is not what we asked for. She offered half of the $10 delivery fee to be compensated, and never did so. During the twenty some years I have lived in Medina I have done most of my food shopping at Buehlers. Like many others I must watch my spending and often peruse the sale adds and use coupons. The savings may dictate a shopping trip to another store but I always come back to Buehler's at Forest Meadows. Buying what Buehler's has on sale helps to reduce the food bill. The employees are friendly and helpful, often going the extra "customer service mile" to help. The store has the types of food that I need and some extras that even include a pharmecy and a drop off library service. Infrequently I have had to return an item and would not hesitate to do so. Buehler's has always stood behide their products and make exchanges easy and without hesitation. Buehler's is interested in providing the best product as well as the best service to their customers.
