I became a member of this church in 1963. My husband (Rick Michael) and I were married there. He became a member in 1967. Our daughter Jennifer was baptized there. What a glorious place set aside to worship God and to praise Him for sending His only Son that we may be saved. Rick was called to preach while we atteneded Mechanicsburg Baptist. We now live in Texas but I can still hear the church bell ringing in my heart....and remember every detail of the building as it was before we left Texas. Some changes have occured but I pray that Never will the great village of Mechanicsburg be without Mechanicsburg Baptist Church.....Try it! You'll like it!! ...read more
