I signed up with Merchant Wherehouse because of reviews posted on web. My sales rep Matt gave me a quote and was very accessible. Downside was processing to take one more day than usual but savings were substantial in quote. The problem began when a customer came in a gave me a $8500 deposit on a $12K Job to purchase parts. Processed debit and noticed deposit never made, called customer service and they said they wanted copy of invoice for security. i thought maybe they were checking for fraud, so no problem sent invoice with in text for deposit for purchase of parts with estimate attached. Another day goes by and no funds (meanwhile they took my customers money the first day ). Called again the next day to see what was going on and the security guy at Merchant Wherehouse said they would release funds until job is completed.
